Carrie Cadwell is a Marketing & Design Consultant for Highland Performance Solutions. She leverages her expertise in graphic design, marketing, and project management to support the strategy and business development team. She aligns the HPS brand feel and aesthetic to design goals and objectives, creating engaging, impactful and meaningful sales collateral and assets.  

Carrie has worked across many industries, including publishing, automotive, education and hospitality. She’s helped create marketing strategies and assets for sales teams for both B2B and B2C, in both digital and print media. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Illinois Institute of Art.  

Carrie’s first love will always be art. Whether its painting or pastels, or taking pictures of everything, she seeks to catch the stories of our lives the best she can. In her free time, you’ll find her hanging out with her son, exploring the city and riding coasters at Six Flags. She loves to travel and hopes to kayak in as many places around the world as she can.
