Corinne Cooper

Vice President, Delivery & Operations

Corinne is Vice President, Delivery & Operations of Highland Performance Solutions.  In her role, Corinne formulates and executes client delivery and operational strategy, including managing a consultant workforce, creating successful partnerships with clients, resourcing projects with appropriate credentials and capabilities and overseeing projects’ economics.   

She is passionate about organizational effectiveness – uncovering how organizations leverage their resources and applying custom solutions to produce enduring value.  Her approach is crafted from a wealth of experience in execution, change management, integrations and large-scale transformations from Fortune 100 companies to nonprofit organizations.

She has led creation and redesign projects in employer branding, talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, performance management and succession planning in a diversity of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, consumer goods and services, educational services, cryptocurrency mining, private equity, and nonprofit.  Working in roles as an internal leader and external partner, Corinne developed expertise in project management, leadership development and coaching, marrying theoretical and pragmatic methods that drive personal and team growth through process and connection.   

Corinne holds a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Master in Secondary Education from National Louis University.  She is also a Six Sigma Lean Expert, consistently applying client-centric problem solving, variation reduction, collaboration and communication principles. 

In her spare time, Corinne practices simplicity and living her values as an adventure-seeking partner to her husband, parent to three energetic boys, self-proclaimed personal fitness nut, avid reader of all genres, and daring domestic and international traveler currently working on a family goal of visiting all 50 U.S. states.
