Lisa partners with executive teams to build and scale organizations through acceleration, transformation, and deliberate talent strategy. In her most recent role as CHRO at Envoy Solutions, Lisa led the post-merger integration of 17 entities, redesigned and strengthened the HR organization to support a rapidly expanding business, and partnered with the COO to restructure operations into a regional model. Previously, as Global VP of HR at Fellowes Brands, she rebuilt the HR team, launched a comprehensive culture transformation toward a performance-driven environment, established the Talent Acquisition function (delivering more than $400M in annualized savings), revamped onboarding, introduced the company’s first Leadership Competency Model, and modernized Talent Reviews to align top talent with enterprise priorities.
Earlier in her career, Lisa successfully blended her project management expertise, relationship-driven leadership style, and business-first mindset to execute enterprise-wide initiatives including global engagement strategies, HR Vision and Strategy development, talent strategy design, and Learning & Development programs. She has extensive experience developing high-potential talent, implementing total rewards strategies, and creating sustainable leadership pipelines within multicultural environments.
