Nicole helps leaders reimagine what is possible, unlock their potential, and build more fulfilling, purpose-driven careers. After more than two decades as a senior finance executive in a fast-paced professional services environment, Nicole discovered that her deepest passion has always centered on people—developing talent, empowering growth, and building high-performing teams. Today, she brings that passion to life through her work with leaders who are ready to elevate their impact and chart a more meaningful path forward.
Nicole’s coaching is grounded in a rare combination of business acumen, operational expertise, and human-centered leadership. As a Partner in Finance at West Monroe, she spent more than 16 years helping scale the firm from 200 employees to more than 2,000, contributing to 25% CAGR revenue growth and providing critical insights that shaped enterprise-level decisions. Her leadership spanned financial planning and analysis, controllership, operations, and people development—giving her an insider’s understanding of what executives face as they navigate complexity, lead teams, and grow organizations.
A Hudson Institute–certified executive coach, Nicole brings a thoughtful blend of empathy, clarity, and fortitude to her client relationships. She partners with leaders to uncover blind spots, strengthen resilience, make values-driven decisions, and move toward their goals with confidence and intention. Her work is grounded in authenticity, empowerment, resilience, fulfillment, and clarity—guiding principles that shape the way she helps leaders define what matters most and pursue it with purpose.
