Riza is a Project Manager for Highland Performance Solutions. Riza’s true passion is integrating seamlessly into client teams to guide long-range projects.

Her strengths include diagnostic evaluation of individual and organizational performance, identification of training and development needs, and creation and implementation of training programs designed to improve overall productivity and effectiveness.

She graduated with her Master of Industrial Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago and uses this theoretical foundation to assist organizations in optimizing their human capital.
