Judy Whitcomb is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach for Highland Performance Solutions. With more than 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, including a 19-year career at United Airlines, Judy is an award-winning learning and development strategist, executive coach, and speaker. A Berkeley Executive Coach, she has worked with over 1,000 leaders—from emerging high potentials to C-suite executives—to help them gain clarity, elevate performance, and lead with impact.
Judy is an experienced CHRO and Chief Learning Officer with expertise across transportation, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, and not-for-profit sectors. Her coaching clients have included leaders from organizations such as Coca-Cola, Hallmark, 7-Eleven, Conagra, General Mills, and Google X. In addition to her HR expertise, she has led operations, business development, marketing, and finance functions and has advised boards on governance, strategy, and succession planning.
Judy is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified, serves on the Chief Learning Officer Magazine advisory board, and is a founding member of Chief, a women’s executive leadership network. She also serves on the Board of Ronald McDonald House, where she led CEO succession planning efforts.
