Coached CEO through business transformation and leadership team transition. Consulted on organizational design and talent, and provided new leader onboarding and development.

Coached high-potential Retail P&L leader for succession/larger scope opportunity. Following the coaching engagement, leader was able to successfully assume role nearly double in scale and revenue, helping the organization to streamline and gain economies of scale by combining retail operations.

Coached SVP, Marketing through challenging functional turnaround. Worked with leader to modernize the Marketing function and transform his team. Coaching helped leader work through difficult team decisions, develop and present a business case for change, and create strategies for engaging and galvanizing the new team around the new vision.
