Patricia Carl is an executive coach and consultant, and former Chief Human Resources Officer for both public and private equity backed companies. Coached CEO through business transformation and leadership team transition. Consulted on organizational design and talent, and provided new leader onboarding and development.

Coached high-potential Retail P&L leader for succession/larger scope opportunity. Following the coaching engagement, leader was able to successfully assume role nearly double in scale and revenue, helping the organization to streamline and gain economies of scale by combining retail operations.

Coached SVP, Marketing through challenging functional turnaround. Worked with leader to modernize the Marketing function and transform his team. Coaching helped leader work through difficult team decisions, develop and present a business case for change, and create strategies for engaging and galvanizing the new team around the new vision.

Coached Human Resources leader to prepare for move into top HR role. Coaching focused on improving executive presence, rounding out HR knowledge and skillset, and presentation abilities. Coaching resulted in leader moving into Head of HR position within one year.

Coached two executives working through interpersonal and team conflict. Diagnosed issues contributing to ineffective dynamics and created a path toward resolution, which included insights around work styles via assessments, as well as clearer role delineation and accountability structure.
