Neelima Paranjpey, Ph.D., is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Highland Performance Solutions. She is an executive assessor, leadership coach, and talent management expert with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations make confident talent decisions and accelerate leadership performance. She specializes in assessing leaders in pivotal roles, coaching high-potential executives through critical transitions, and designing development strategies that strengthen leadership pipelines and support long-term business goals.
