Gracie Inacay is a bilingual Senior Consultant and Executive Coach for Highland Performance Solutions. With over 25 years of experience in asset management, human resources, and consulting, she helps small to mid-sized organizations implement strategic HR initiatives and processes that deliver practical results. Her pragmatic, thought-provoking, and creative approach inspires clients and teams to maximize their personal and professional potential. Gracie partners with clients to confront challenges and develop new solutions to existing problems, helping them discover vulnerabilities and mitigate blind spots such as limiting beliefs and the inner critic. She supports leaders in removing roadblocks, leveraging strengths, improving critical thinking, building executive presence, and implementing behavioral changes that drive business results and professional growth.

Gracie has cultivated a broad understanding of the enterprise and possesses deep expertise in all aspects of HR and business. Her client experience spans C-suite executives, high-potential leaders, front-line managers, and individual contributors across industries including financial services, insurance, technology, energy, professional services, and non-profit. She also provides Spanish-only coaching sessions, serving clients around the globe in the U.S., U.K., France, Dubai, Canada, Spain, Chile, and Mexico.

Gracie holds a coaching certification from the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC). She is an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC), an Accredited Coaching Training Program Certified Executive Coach (ACTP–CEC), and is certified in Hogan Leadership Assessment. Gracie is also a member and mentor for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

A Chicago native, Gracie enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and two dogs, reading mystery novels, watching movies, and dancing. She serves as a Board Member, Executive Committee Member, and Nominating Committee Chair for Arts of Life, a non-profit organization providing artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities a collective space to expand their practice and strengthen their leadership.
