Rob Weber is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Highland Performance Solutions, bringing more than 30 years of senior HR and people leadership experience to his work with executives and organizations. After a distinguished corporate career serving as Chief People Officer and CHRO at companies including Hostess Brands, Novus Foods, Sears Holdings,Groupon, and PepsiCo, Rob has transitioned to coaching and consulting — applying deep operational and organizational expertise to help leaders and teams perform at their best.
Rob’s corporate background spans consumer goods, retail, and technology sectors, with direct experience partnering with C-suites, boards of directors, and private equity stakeholders. At Hostess Brands, he led the people function through a period of significant business growth — from under $900 million to nearly $1.4 billion in revenue — culminating in the company’s $5.6 billion acquisition by J.M. Smucker Co. in 2023. At Sears Holdings, he oversaw HR executive leadership across more than 1,100 locations during a period of major organizational transformation.
