Teresa Trevino is Director of Client Services for Highland Performance Solutions. In her role, Teresa leads the client services team to provide high-quality services, project management and support for our valued clients. She is responsible for developing efficiencies, process flow and effective account management and project management procedures to drive overall process improvement. Teresa’s team partners with sales, consulting and operations with a focus on building long-term client relationships and achieving client services excellence.
Teresa has over 20 years of experience in account management, client services, project management and sales operations for consulting and organizational development firms. Prior to joining HPS, Teresa was a Client Experience Manager at Right Management, responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of Global Fortune 500 accounts for the Enterprise account team. Acting as a single point of contact for client engagements and working closely with client HR teams and senior leadership consistently achieving high net promoter scores.
Teresa has supported organizations across a wide range of industries, including financial services, professional services, retail, healthcare, pharma and manufacturing. She is passionate about delivering optimal client experiences through proactive communication and strategic consultative account management to retain and develop long term client partnerships. She is known for her dedication, attention to detail and responsiveness to internal and external client needs.
Teresa enjoys spending her free time with her two children, grandchildren, family and friends, and stays active attending local events and playing volleyball. She volunteers with Feed My Starving Children and other local events.
