Alyssa is an Intern for Highland Performance Solutions. In her role, she focuses on talent acquisition, instructional design, organizational development, and administrative support. She brings Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion experience to the team as well as organizational development skills from previous roles.

Alyssa is a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MHRIR) candidate at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, expected to graduate in December 2023. She possesses a Bachelor of Science degree from Quinnipiac University in Management and Human Resource Management.

Alyssa loves spending time outside, whether it be in her own backyard or down at the beach. As a New Jersey native, Alyssa is very passionate about all things East Coast, especially the Jersey Shore. She loves taking time to herself in the morning to talk a walk or do yoga, as well as play with her dog and 3 cats! Alyssa enjoys everything she has learned thus far about HR and is excited to make the move to Illinois for this next journey!
