Senior Consultant

Julia Heatherwick is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach for Highland Performance Solutions.  She has over 15 years of experience designing leadership development programs, leading dynamic group conversations, and providing executive coaching to high-potential leaders. She is passionate about supporting senior leaders as they navigate career transitions, increase self-awareness, expand mental models and inspire their teams.

She has worked with industry leaders in technology, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, higher education, and the entertainment industry. She has partnered with clients such as Google, Facebook, Slack, HBO Max, CNN, Warner Studios, Deloitte, Workday, AB Bev, Twilio, Mars, Masco, Capital One, American Express, T-Mobile, State Farm Insurance, Accenture, Siemens, Chevron, Square, Cisco, Genentech, Planned Parenthood, UC Berkeley, Capella University, California State University Chancellor’s Office and Federal Aviation Administration.

Julia holds a Master of Science in Instructional Science and Technology from California State University, Monterey Bay and a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Illinois State University.

Julia actively weaves her passions of art, music, theater and learning into her life. She has shown her artwork nationally and internationally and has performed sketch comedy on the main stage of the Comedy Store in Los Angeles, CA. She recently moved to northern California and can be found taking weekly day hikes in the redwoods, preserves and beaches with her family.
