Maggie is an Intern for Highland Performance Solutions. In her role, she focuses on talent acquisition, organizational development and project support. She brings extensive data analytics experience to the team, as well as a strong motivation to master new skills.

Maggie is a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MHRIR) candidate at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, expected to graduate in December 2023. She possesses a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University in Psychology and Philosophy.

Maggie has a passion for reading and watching films. You can find her browsing at a used bookstore or surfing streaming services looking for the next big hit of the summer. Maggie was a Division I athlete at Central Michigan University, so sports are a big part of her life. She is an avid Blackhawks fan and is hopeful they will make it back into the playoffs soon.
