Patricia Carl is the CEO of Highland Performance Solutions, a woman-owned organizational consulting firm. With extensive experience as an operator and practitioner, she has gained invaluable insights working closely with executives, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, navigating the unique challenges and opportunities inherent in these dynamic environments. Before founding HPS, Patty held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer for public and private firms. She holds variety of leadership roles on executive boards with deep expertise with board-level consulting, due diligence talent assessment, executive assessment, executive coaching, executive team alignment, organizational design and development, succession planning, workforce planning, change management and high potential leadership development.

Patty’s industry experience spans private equity, healthcare, retail, education, financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors. She has collaborated with a diverse range of clients from startups to Fortune 500 clients. Patty’s ability to adapt to different industries and client needs demonstrates her agility as a consultant.

Patty holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and is a former practicing therapist. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and pursuing new adventures—whether that be running with the bulls in Pamplona, living in Scandinavia or night safaris in South Africa.
